How do I submit my job?
You can drop off or mail a CD or DVD of your work. The easiest way is to download directly to out ftp site ftp//patanepress.com or email your files to patanepress@nac.net. You can also put your files on a flash drive and drop it off for a quick download.

What Types of files do you accept?
PDF files usually are the best way to send a file. We recommend that the quality be set to press ready and all color photos are set to CMYK. Black text and photos should be black not CMYK or RGB black. All Black text to be set as overprint. Additionally all fonts must be embedded.

We also accept native files such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and Quark version 6 and up, Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Word (additional fees will apply for setup of Microsoft files). If supplying us with native files we do require all photos, images and fonts be supplied. Photos must be 300dpi for clear images. We cannot use any images from the web at 72dpi.

If unable to set up your own files you can fax or drop off written copy to be typeset. Additional fees apply.

What is your estimated turnaround time for delivery?
Normal turnaround times are 4 - 6 days after approval of proofs. Specialty items such as pocket folders, die cutting, foil stamping, etc. take approx. 8 working days. Availability of certain stocks may also affect delivery.

What guarantee does Patane Press offer?
After a final proof is approved for printing, any errors in content are the clients responsibility. We are 100% responsible for supplying the customer with clean printing in the correct color(s) on the correct stock. A final proof will come in the way of a PDF proof e-mailed or a hard copy delivered to you.

Note: When viewing pdf proofs colors will vary from computer screen to computer screen. We match all our work using the Pantone Matching System, PMS.
